Can I resend requests to my Emergency Contacts if they haven't responded?

When your emergency contacts accept your request to be an emergency contact, they can receive emergency messages through ePACT, so your family will have the fastest support in an unexpected situation.

If your emergency contact hasn't accepted their invite, click on their name under "My Support Network" on your My ePACT page. From there, click 'Personal Profile'.

On the next page you'll see an orange Resend Requests button on the bottom left hand side of the screen. Click this button to send them a reminder message to accept their emergency contact invite.
