I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

To reset your password, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the ePACT Log In page. Then, click Forgot Password?

 




2. On the next page, enter in the email address you used to create your ePACT account and click Submit.








3. Then check your inbox for an email titled Forgotten Password Verification. Click on the orange Verify Request button in your email. Hint: don't forget to check your Junk or Spam folder in case your email filters are strict.





4. This will bring you to the page where you can create your new password. Your new password must be at least 10 characters in length, and contain at lease one of the following: a special character (e.g. @, #, $, %), a capital letter, or a number. Once you're done, click Submit.
