How do I change my email?

If you have already created an account and would like to change your email address, follow these steps:

1. Log into your ePACT account using the initial address you used (even if you no longer have access to it). This email is your username.





2. Click on your name in the blue header and select Account Settings.





3. Scroll down to the Change Email section to enter your New Email and Current Password, and click Submit







4. Check the inbox of your new email. You will have received a verify email message. Click the orange Verify Request button in this email.





5. Confirm the change by logging in using your new email. PLEASE NOTE: THIS STEP MUST BE DONE TO CONFIRM THE EMAIL ADDRESS CHANGE.
