Please ask the member to go to https://epactnetwork.com/us/login and log in. On the left, they'll see an orange Complete Request button. Once they click it, they'll be shown which steps remain incomplete. All required fields have a red asterisk and will be highlighted in red if left blank.
As well, you can ask the member to contact us at help@epactnetwork.com and once we obtain their permission, we will be happy to access their account and assist them in adding what's missing.
