As per our Terms of Use, ePACT does not access any record without the explicit consent of the account owner. This means that we cannot tell you what information the member has yet to add, or which step they are on. (Please refer to our Privacy Policy- https://epactnetwork.com/us/privacy-policy)
 
Please ask the member to go to https://epactnetwork.com/us/login and log in. On the left, they'll see an orange Complete Request button. Once they click it, they'll be shown which steps remain incomplete. All required fields have a red asterisk and will be highlighted in red if left blank. 





As well, you can ask the member to contact us at help@epactnetwork.com and once we obtain their permission, we will be happy to access their account and assist them in adding what's missing.
