FAQ: How do filter for and print specific shared files like immunization records or third party waivers?

Organizations occasionally need to collect information on specific state or provincial forms like immunization records. As well, they may also require third party waivers be signed and added to the ePACT record to permit participation in an event. These can be easily collected in ePACT and then filtered and printed if needed.
  1. Open the advanced filter, expand More Options and select the type of file you need. 




2. Add any additional criteria you require. For example, if you need to show your licensing specialist the immunization records for all the after school participants in one specific location. 


3. Click on Search to get the results. To produce printable PDFs of all of these forms, click on Select All/Select Page, followed by Download>Files. You can also simply select one if this is all that is needed.





4. You have the option to just download your filter search results, or include ALL files attached. Please note that it will download into a ZIP folder which can be dragged to your Printing Queue if you wish to print them.
