Can't Share Record- Family Info or Emergency Contact is outstanding, but I'm not sure why.

If you are trying to reconfirm, but are seeing the red icon on a step and you can't tell why, please look below for possible solutions:


Family Info - Work Info is now required, but your contact is already linked. 

1. Remove the existing contact



2. Click on "Add New Legal Guardian" and add all requisite information and click on save


3. Make sure to remove the old profile and add the new one for EACH DEPENDENT. 

 Emergency Contact/Pick-Up  address is now required. 

1. If they are verified and you can't edit- please Remove. 



2. Then add them back with all the needed information.
