A member added a new contact and I don't see it on my Check In Sheet yet.

The Check In Check Out sheet are currently cached for 1 hour.

To force a refresh so you can see the new contact, please follow these steps:

1. Return to My Organizations page.

2. Click on Menu>Update Member Records.

3. Once you Update is complete, return to My organization and click on the name and return to Check In Check Out Sheets- you will now see the new contact.
