How do I send a reminder?

You can send reminders to individual users or to all Outstanding or Invited members.
 

To send a reminder to an individual:

 

  • Using the search bar, locate the individual you would like to contact
 
  • Check off their name 
 
  • Click on Message Members
 
  • Select Reminder


 
  • Add a message if needed, in the available text box
 
  • Click on Preview Message
 
  • Scroll down and click on Send Reminder


You can send reminders to all Outstanding or Invited members.

 
  • Click on Send Reminders in the notifications box


 
  • Add a message if needed, in the available text box
 
  • Click on Preview Message
 
  • Scroll down and click on Send Reminder
